Appeal Filing – CIT(A)

We will need minimum 10 days to draft Grounds of Appeal and Statement of Facts after getting all relevant documents/information/payment from you. Initially, we will need following documents for examination :-

• Copy of the order to be appealed against
• Copy of Demand Notice
• Copies of all submissions made till date
• Income Tax Return with Computation of Total Income
• Balance Sheet, P & L Account and all other relevant enclosures
• Note on the relief to be claimed and reasons thereon
